This policy explains what personal data the Sparring Record app processes, why, and what rights you have. Sparring Record is an app for combat-sport athletes to plan sparring sessions, run them with a timer, optionally record them, and track their own history.

Data we process

Sparring Record contains no advertising, no tracking and no third-party analytics tools. We do not sell data.

Who we share data with (processors)

Your data is shared with other users only when you actively choose to share a session with a selected partner.

Legal basis & purpose

Processing is carried out to perform our agreement with you (providing the app's features, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for optional features such as video upload, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Local videos remain on your device until you delete them. When you delete your account, the associated data is removed.

Deleting your account & data

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing niklas.kietaibl@gmail.com. We will delete your account promptly. You can remove locally stored videos yourself on your device at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also withdraw a given consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Children

Sparring Record is not directed at persons under the age of 16.

Changes

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this address.
